It depends on the meal plan. With some plans, each meal works in conjunction with the next. And changing your plan by adding or taking away foods will alter your plan, cause negative results. However, with other meal plans, like our “Balanced” meal plans, will allow you to swoop center foods with our exchange list.
Yes. But be careful. Condiments that are high in sugar, like ketchup, will alter your plan. ¯You should try to use condiments that are sugar free and fat free for faster fast lose.
