If you want to work out where and when it's convenient for you instead of relying on someone else's location and availability, online coaching could be for you. Personal coaching is available no matter where yoou or the trainer are located around the globe, as long as you have internet connection. Allows for tremendous flexibility, especially for those who travel.  Allows privacy for those who are timidated by "public" personal training, such as people who don't feel comfortable with their bodies.
